RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Giwa Jewelry™ purchase, please return your item(s) within 30 days of the puchase or order delivery date. All refunds will be credited for the original amount paid, less shipping fees, discounts, except in the case of an incorrect shipment. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

EXCHANGES

We only replace item(s) if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item in a different size, send us an email at support@giwajewelry.com and we will send you a shipping address.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

To return your product, please contact us at support@giwajewelry.com and we will provide you with a shipping address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We are not responsible for lost or returned packages, and we recommend that you use a trackable shipping service and insure your package for the full value of the contents.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s) and have either approved or rejected your return.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 business days to be processed.

If you are exchanging an item(s), depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged item(s) to reach you may vary.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. It may take an additional billing cycle to see the funds reflect on your billing statement.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
